Renaissance LLC

The Renaissance Scholars Program fosters academic excellence, leadership, cultural pride, and personal development among students from historically underrepresented and marginalized backgrounds. The program provides a supportive residential environment empowering students to:
– Explore identity聽Gain skills for long-term success
– Build a foundation for leadership, financial literacy, global citizenship, and community engagement

This LLC is for students selected for the Renaissance Scholars Program.

Linked Course:

Members of the LLC take AAA 1701: Introduction to African American Studies聽together in the fall semester (Renaissance Scholars will be automatically enrolled in this course) and聽COR 1100: The Global Experience聽(a required聽First-Year Foundations聽course) together in the spring semester. (Therefore, members of this LLC will take聽ENG 1100聽in the fall semester unless coming to Elon with prior credit.)
