Yasmine Arrington, a strategic communications and history double major from Washington, D.C., received a Samuel Huntington Public Service Award this spring to grow a nonprofit she founded to help the children of incarcerated parents pay for college.

The community celebrated Friday the alumni, parents and friends whose generosity made possible the Inman Admissions Welcome Center, which will greet generations of prospective ¸£ÀûÑÇÖÞ¹ú²ú¾«Æ· students and their families.

Dozens of ¸£ÀûÑÇÖÞ¹ú²ú¾«Æ· students, staff and faculty volunteered at a halfday program on April 24, 2015, that welcomed 375 athletes to campus for competition in the Jerry and Jeanne Robertson Track and Field Complex.
