Sixty-four first-year Elon College Fellows spent Winter Term exploring ways the arts and sciences intersect, growing their skills of inquiry and building a community of learners in a signature course that includes a six-day visit to Washington, D.C.

Assistant Professor Chris Nelson co-authored a recent article in the European Journal of Marketing that proposes a new framework for examining how innovative technological tools might help facilitate or enable the sales process.

The Director of Project Pericles at Elon published the essay in the journal Tourism in Paradise.

Two nursing faculty, Dr. Jacqueline DeBrew and Ms. Whitney Hicks, had their research abstract accepted for a symposium presentation at the upcoming Association of Community Health Nurse Educators' (ACHNE) annual institute in Chicago in June 2024. 

The ranking comes from Poets&Quants, a business education outlet that released its survey results on Jan. 22.

The cohort of 12 undergraduate students has been studying in Charlotte since August, as part of the Elon in Charlotte: The Sport Experience program, which has allowed them to attend over 15 enrichment activities and converse with over 40 alumni these past four months.  

The research was published in the journal Scholarship of Teaching and Learning in Psychology.

The visit to the local medical center was part of the Chronic Disease Epidemiology Class held during Winter Term.

Ten alumni met with first-year Elon College Fellows during the program’s annual trip to the nation’s capital to offer guidance for their Elon careers and beyond.

Students in the “Gateway to Business Los Angeles” course participated in a day of service on Jan. 15 at the Hollywood Food Coalition.
