Vaccine Clinics
The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) recommends that everyone 6 months and older receive a flu vaccine every season聽(with rare exceptions). 福利亚洲国产精品 offers all students, employees, and retirees free flu vaccines through our on-campus flu vaccine clinics.聽聽The Department of Health Promotion, in partnership with Cone Health, is providing a series of on-campus flu vaccines clinics for Fall 2026.聽Limited walk-in appointments are available at each flu vaccine clinic.
Students
Registration is strongly encouraged for students to guarantee availability and reduce wait time. Schedule your appointment today聽in the using the same process as you would for a Student Health Services visit. Before arriving for your flu clinic appointment, please complete the eCheck-In process and ensure that your insurance is up-to-date in your MyChart account following the instructions linked below. Please bring your Elon student ID and insurance card to your appointment. 聽

NOTE: The Student Health Services address may be listed on your MyChart homepage as the location for your flu clinic appointment. Please ignore this and go to the location listed in the clinic schedule. Do NOT go to Student Health Services for your campus-wide flu clinic appointment.
Faculty & Staff Members
Please note that faculty and staff members will not need to schedule an appointment via MyChart for the flu clinics. Instead, appointments for faculty and staff members will be walk-in only. Please bring your Elon employee ID to your appointment.

Note:聽In addition to the Fluzone庐 standard dose flu vaccines, the Fluzone庐 egg-free and Flublok庐 high-dose flu vaccines are available at the clinics for those who meet criteria.

Important Information
When to Arrive:
Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Walk-in appointments are for faculty/staff, so we highly encourage students to schedule an appointment.
What to Wear:
A loose fitting and short sleeved garment that allows easy access to your upper arm.
What to Bring:
Students, faculty, staff and retirees should bring their Elon ID; Students should also bring their insurance card. The flu vaccines are available free of charge for all current students, employees, and retirees.
What to Expect:
- When you arrive at the flu clinic, you will be asked to complete an immunization patient questionnaire with demographic information, insurance information (students only), and questions that determine your eligibility to receive the flu vaccine. You will also receive the VIS (Vaccine Information sheet) to review.
- You will then bring your completed questionnaire back to the check-in desk to finish the registration process. (You can reduce your registration time by completing the eCheck-In process and making sure your insurance information is updated prior to your appointment!)
- Once you are checked in, you will be directed to a vaccination station or the waiting area. If you are waiting, a clinical team member will notify you when they are ready to administer your flu vaccine.
- After you receive your flu vaccine, you may sit in our waiting area for about 5-10 minutes to ensure that you are not experiencing any rare, immediate allergic reactions. After that, you鈥檙e all set!
