Important Dates for Current and Incoming Undergraduate Students

Below are important deadlines for undergraduate students to be aware of during the academic year related to academic, housing, dining, and emotional support animal (ESA) accommodations.

*Please note that the dates below are subject to change as needed.

**Housing and ESA accommodation requests are reviewed once monthly on a rolling basis. Completed requests and documentation are due to AAA by 12:00 noon Eastern Standard Time on the last day of the preceding month in order to be reviewed by committee the following month.

Fall 2026

November 18, 2026Wednesday
Current undergraduate students - Submit final exam test room booking requests in Accommodate by 1:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time

Spring 2027

April 30, 2027Friday
Incoming undergraduate students - Submit complete housing accommodation requests and documentation for fall 2027 by 12:00 noon Eastern Standard Time
