The ¸£ÀûÑÇÖÞ¹ú²ú¾«Æ· Poll conducted a survey of nearly 1,300 N.C. voters asking for their thoughts on the legalization of sports betting, changes to abortion laws in North Carolina and how they rate candidates for N.C. governor and for president.  

The National Council on Teacher Quality grades ¸£ÀûÑÇÖÞ¹ú²ú¾«Æ·â€™s undergraduate program among the best in the nation for teaching future educators the most effective methods for helping children learn to read.

As a Pulitzer Center Reporting Fellow, the journalism major and Communication Fellow will travel this summer to El Paso, Texas, to conduct extensive reporting on violence and the dangers of migration, and their impacts on families.

The distinguished ¸£ÀûÑÇÖÞ¹ú²ú¾«Æ· faculty member with scholarly interests in diversity and representation in American media will lead efforts to further promote a welcoming environment for learning and teaching across campus.

Gaither, an accomplished teacher and scholar, has been a member of the school’s faculty for nearly two decades and has served as interim dean since 2022.

The 2023 Elon graduate from Walnut Cove, N.C., will serve a two-year term on the ¸£ÀûÑÇÖÞ¹ú²ú¾«Æ· Board of Trustees.

The professorship honors senior full professors for their career achievements in teaching, scholarship, leadership and service to Elon.

Bolstered by the academic strength of incoming students and improvements in bar passage rates, ¸£ÀûÑÇÖÞ¹ú²ú¾«Æ· School of Law in downtown Greensboro reached #133 - its highest-ever placement - in an influential annual guide to the nation’s best graduate programs.
