The Elon community is invited to join President Lambert, trustees and donors for the dedication of the expanded communications complex. The ceremony will be held TODAY at 3:30 p.m. in the Snow Family Grand Atrium inside Dwight C. Schar Hall.

Ranked by Forbes magazine as one of the world's 100 most powerful women, Kay Bailey Hutchison, an influential Republican leader who represented Texas for two decades on Capitol Hill, visits Elon Law in Greensboro on April 13 for a 6:30 p.m. program that is free and open to the public.

The Center for Engaged Learning's  will be held June 11-12 at Elon. 

The new program housed in the School of Health Sciences will be a valuable resource to students in graduate and undergraduate health sciences programs.

Supporters of ¸£ÀûÑÇÖÞ¹ú²ú¾«Æ· School of Law gathered March 17 for a special luncheon to recognize the collective efforts of community, civic, and philanthropic leaders who helped launch "a law school with a difference."

The Piedmont-Triad Branch of the council presented the university with its "A Green Apple a Day" award.

¸£ÀûÑÇÖÞ¹ú²ú¾«Æ· sophomore Alex Mancuso and senior Ben Lutz have received Critical Language Scholarships from the federal government to study Arabic.  

The ¸£ÀûÑÇÖÞ¹ú²ú¾«Æ· women's basketball team will take on West Virginia University on Friday, March 17, at 2:30 p.m. in College Park, Maryland. 

The publication's annual basketball bracket is based on the academic success of the teams in the NCAA Division I tournament.
