Care is pretty simple: the cats and dogs need to be fed twice a day, and one dog also gets medicine at feeding time. Their water fountain needs to be refilled every 2-3 days. The dogs need a 20 minute walk ~3 times a week. The chickens need to be fed, watered and have their eggs gathered every 2-3 days. And they need some pets and snuggles! The rest of the time is yours to do as you please–you can of course come and go as you would in your normal life from your own home.

We live in a peaceful rural area on 1.5 acres of land with a big back porch. We have a lovely large living room with lots of streaming services. We have a decent size above ground pool. You are welcome to have a reasonable number of guests over聽(~4-6). We are about 30 minutes from Elon, 20 minutes from Graham, 20 minutes from Carborro, 20 minutes from Pittsboro and 5 minutes from the very cute town of Saxapahaw. I am responsible, clean and easygoing. I am willing to compromise on anything, so we are both happy. I also have a registered ESA cat who is extremely friendly and loves people. She鈥檚 well-behaved, clean, and loves to cuddle (you may gain a lap companion from time to time).
