"Kreer i esperar es la vida alargar" -  "Believing and hoping makes life longer" 

Kirstin Ringelberg, professor of art history, presented a paper Oct. 29, 2016, at the 19th century French Studies Conference hosted by Brown University. 

Guatemalan graduate student Marco Saz visited �������޹�����Ʒ to immerse himself culturally in the United States and share his expertise on education with youth at risk with Elon students, faculty and staff.

Windham will work on turning SOTL research into classroom practice around teaching literacy, resulting in work that will be relevant to multiple languages. 

More than 70 students, faculty and staff examined the style, subjects and history of political cartoons from around the world.

On Wednesday, Nov. 2, from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m., students and faculty members from the Department of World Languages and Cultures will join representatives from the Global Education Center in the Moseley Kitchen to answer questions about language majors and minors, regional studies programs and global engagement opportunities. We welcome all students, staff and faculty members for information and international food!

Proctored language assessments in five languages for students who missed the October 1 deadline of their first year at Elon will be offered as per the schedule below. 

The film series was organized by Professors Nicole Triche in Communications and Professors Ketevan Kupatadze, Mayte de Lama, and Federico Pous in World Languages and Cultures.
