The annual program for first-year Elon students held Sept. 12 in Alumni Gym offered the Class of 2023 insight into the four virtues that are central to the Elon Honor Code.

The former Elon women’s basketball team captain will serve as the new sideline reporter for Bucks games on FOX Sports Wisconsin and as a digital reporter for Bucks.com.

Young Commons was filled on Thursday by representatives of a wide variety of student organizations to showcase their groups to new Elon students. 

Elon students, faculty and staff came together to continue a special tradition, College Coffee, on the first day of classes for the 2019-20 academic year.

Kopetskie, communications manager in the School of Communications and adviser to Phi Psi Cli, was recognized for his distinguished service to ¸£ÀûÑÇÖÞ¹ú²ú¾«Æ·’s yearbook and students.

Senior Anton Delgado and Elon graduate Alex Simon ’17, an Arizona State master’s student, joined 35 student journalists from across the country to examine how the federal government has responded to natural disasters ranging from hurricanes to wildfires.

One of Elon’s First-Year Summer Experience programs, Adventures in Leadership offers incoming students sessions throughout N.C., including
a Sea Kayaking program on the coast.

The 2020 edition of “The Best 385 Colleges” guide also recognized Elon’s career services programs, residential facilities and performing arts productions. ​
