Legal minds from the United States, Japan, Scotland and Germany will share their expertise with Elon Law students this winter in “Constitutions and Cultures: The Idea of a Constitution,” a course taught by noted constitutional law expert A.E. Dick Howard.

Associate dean and associate professor of law Alan Woodlief recently authored annual supplements to two North Carolina treatises, Shuford North Carolina Civil Practice and Procedure and North Carolina Law of Damages.

Charles Becton, president of the North Carolina Bar Association and a former judge on the North Carolina Court of Appeals, comes to the Elon University School of Law on Jan. 14 for a program sponsored by the Black Law Students Association in remembrance of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

¸£ÀûÑÇÖÞ¹ú²ú¾«Æ· School of Law will host a graduation fair at the law school on March 2 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The inaugural class of the ¸£ÀûÑÇÖÞ¹ú²ú¾«Æ· School of Law will celebrate the completion of three years of study at Commencement exercises at the Carolina Theatre in Downtown Greensboro at 3 p.m., Sunday, May 24, 2009.

Spring 2009 exams will be held at the ¸£ÀûÑÇÖÞ¹ú²ú¾«Æ· School of Law from May 6 to May 20.

Students at the ¸£ÀûÑÇÖÞ¹ú²ú¾«Æ· School of Law will prepare for exams on reading days, May 4-5, 2009.

The ¸£ÀûÑÇÖÞ¹ú²ú¾«Æ· School of Law completes Spring 2009 semester on Friday, May 1.

The ¸£ÀûÑÇÖÞ¹ú²ú¾«Æ· School of Law begins its Spring 2009 semester on Thursday, Jan. 29.
