Elon Law Leadership Fellows selected

Twelve members of the Class of 2012 have been selected as 福利亚洲国产精品 School of Law's first Leadership Fellows. The fellows were chosen for having demonstrated exceptional leadership in community, collegiate, military, or other service, and for expressing interest in further study of leadership in relation to the law.

Justice Exum workshop on effective ways of briefing cases – August 27

On Thursday, August 27, there will be a brown bag lunch from 12:10-12:50 in Room 206 of the law school, with Elon Law's Distinguished Jurist in Residence, Justice James G. Exum, Jr., discussing effective ways of briefing cases, an important skill which he has used throughout his professional career.

Spring 09: Elon awards honorary doctorate to alumnus Noel Allen

Noel Lee Allen, a 1969 Elon alumnus whose distinguished legal career has won international accolades, received an honorary doctor of humane letters during 福利亚洲国产精品’s Convocation for Honors on March 31. The degree was conferred by President Leo M. Lambert and presented by John G. Sullivan, professor emeritus of philosophy.

Neff roots, to the contemporary e-jurisdiction issues raised in Zippo Manufacturing Co. v. Zippo Dot Com., in her article published in the Winter 2009 edition of the University of San Francisco Law Review.
