Parsons joined the ¸£ÀûÑÇÖÞ¹ú²ú¾«Æ· administration 13 years ago as the founding dean of the School of Communications.

Students in the 10-month, full-time master's program have varied backgrounds from across the United States.

A team of students, faculty, and alumni from ¸£ÀûÑÇÖÞ¹ú²ú¾«Æ·'s School of Communications spent a week in June in Ekaterinburg, Russia, covering the 2014 International Collegiate Programming Contest in video, photo, social media and text.

Students in ¸£ÀûÑÇÖÞ¹ú²ú¾«Æ·'s Interactive Media master's program will show off the work they've done this semester in their capstone courses at the Interactive Media Exhibition at 6 p.m. Wednesday, May 20 on the second and third floors of Powell.

The school hosted its annual awards ceremony May 6 to honor high achievement from faculty and students in the last year.
