The Workshop on Intercultural Skills Enhancement (WISE) Conference was held on Feb. 3 and 4 at Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

Each performance will take place in McCrary Theatre in the Center for the Arts.

Assistant professors of English Erin Pearson, Dinidu Karunanayake, and Dan Burns each presented at this year’s Modern Language Association (MLA) Convention in San Francisco.

Assistant Provost Amy Overman and Professor Steve Friedland discussed bias, the brain, and how neuroscience impacts the courts on Excited Utterance, a legal podcast that "aims to provide a weekly virtual workshop in the world of evidence throughout the academic year."

Erin Hone, Tony Rizzuto, Khirey Walker and Scott Wolter talk about their Elon experiences as students and now as faculty members.

No experience is necessary and open to students and faculty.

Yokley, professor of mathematics, and Nicholas Luke, professor of mathematics at North Carolina A&T State University, presented their talk “Experiences in Facilitating Mathematical Modeling Research in the NCA&T/Elon Collaborative Summer Research Experience for Undergraduates (REU) Program" during the conference.

Hupfeld was recently named to the 2023 Forbes 30 Under 30 for Science due to her work using an MRI scanner to measure brain chemicals as an alternative to intensive brain biopsies.

Each performance of the musical will take place at Roberts Studio Theatre at Scott Studies at Arts West.
