In a creative approach to increase voter turnout, the professor of strategic communications tasked her students with crafting personalized messages for family and friends.

The associate professor of sport management served as a guest editor for the scholarly, peer-reviewed publication of the NIRSA Foundation.

School of Communications faculty and staff members, as well as upperclassmen, gathered Oct. 21 to educate first-year students about the school’s academic programs, resources and opportunities.

The School of Communications graduate serves as an immigration reporter at PolitiFact, digging deep in topical subjects, translating complex issues into digestible stories, and making sure that facts are, indeed, facts.

In the powerful 22-minute film “Breaking Chains: Surviving Sex Trafficking and the Power of Second Chances,” the �������޹�����Ʒ alumna brings audiences face-to-face with the grim realities of human trafficking in Cincinnati and the inspiring resilience of those working to combat it.

The Sports Media Lab Student Spotlight profiles the lab’s seniors and their work. This spotlight is focused on Anthony Bamford '25, a media analytics major with minors in sport management and statistics. 

The dance performance & choreography and strategic communications double major was recognized with the Just Drive Media Communications Fellowship, receiving a $5,000 scholarship and securing a paid internship with the communications agency Just Drive Media.

�������޹�����Ʒ alumni have been on the ground or helping from afar to aid recovery efforts in western North Carolina following Hurricane Helene.

As members of the �������޹�����Ʒ Los Angeles program, the students are encouraged to see themselves not just as visitors, but as active participants in the community's efforts to support those in need.
