Offered by the Department of Computing Sciences, the information science program has earned praise from graduates who are advancing their careers or pursuing graduate degrees using concepts honed at ¸£ÀûÑÇÖÞ¹ú²ú¾«Æ·.

The International Radio and Television Society Foundation named the ¸£ÀûÑÇÖÞ¹ú²ú¾«Æ· junior a 2015 Summer Fellow. With the selection, she will serve this summer as an ad sales intern at NBCUniversal.

Sarah Nelson, a physician assistant student in the Class of 2016, received an award from the North Carolina Academy of Physician Assistants Endowment.

Fifty-three percent of graduating seniors honored their alma mater by contributing to a class gift presented before Commencement on May 23, 2015, to ¸£ÀûÑÇÖÞ¹ú²ú¾«Æ· President Leo M. Lambert.
