The third annual Residential College Symposium marked the launch of the new group, with contributions from several Elon faculty and staff. 

A pair of communications faculty members and a senior discussed the Elon News Network, which was recognized with several awards at the College Media Association gathering.

The City of Burlington Water Resources Department will be hosting a clean up at Little Alamance Creek on Saturday, Nov. 5 from 8 a.m. - noon.

Maeve Kenney is a senior elementary education and policy studies major at ¸£ÀûÑÇÖÞ¹ú²ú¾«Æ·. She plans to become a teacher and continue to be an advocate for children and schools. Her point-of-view on the future of education was recently published in The News & Observer.

On Wednesday, Nov. 2, from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m., students and faculty members from the Department of World Languages and Cultures will join representatives from the Global Education Center in the Moseley Kitchen to answer questions about language majors and minors, regional studies programs and global engagement opportunities. We welcome all students, staff and faculty members for information and international food!
