Faculty from Department of Exercise Science (Caroline Ketcham, Eric Hall, Walter Bixby, Paul Miller and Kenneth Barnes), Department of Physical Therapy Education (Stephen Folger and Srikant Vallabhajosula) and Department of Sports Medicine (Kirtida Patel) and ESS alum Kelsey Evans '14 recently published articles in Journal of Visualized Experiments and International Journal of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

Eric Ashley Hairston, associate professor of English and director of the Center for Law and Humanities, recently lectured at the Virginia Foundation for the Humanities on his continuing research into the interdisciplinary connection between classical studies and African American literature.  His first book on the subject was recently named a Choice Outstanding Academic Title.

Associate Professor Brian Lyons discussed how credit scores affect job applicants in an interview with “The Current.”

Body Conditioning - Summer Session I

The instructor in mathematics co-authored "Launching a Discourse-Rich Mathematics Lesson" in a recent edition of Teaching Children Mathematics.

The dates of the institute are Tuesday, May 26, through Friday, May 29. The deadline to register is May 15.

The festival on April 28, 2015, will feature the creative work of students in ART 362/462: Video Art and Animation, alongside submissions selected from a national and international call for artwork.

An annual awards program held April 23 recognized the academic success and service of those involved with the Martha and Spencer Love School of Business.
