The Greensboro Bar Association recognized Margaret A. Dudley, supervising attorney of ¸£ÀûÑÇÖÞ¹ú²ú¾«Æ·â€™s Emergency Legal Services Program, with its 2024 Distinguished Service Award in a ceremony that also included scholarship announcements for two Elon Law students.

Four members of the Class of 2024 and one member of the Class of 2023 have been selected for the prestigious program that offers opportunities for recent graduates in more than 140 countries. Five have been selected as alternates.

More than 20 Elon students and one faculty member were honored during the annual leadership award ceremony.

Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) Heritage Month is celebrated in the United States in May. This celebration focuses on achievements and contributions of people of Asian and Pacific Islander descent in the United States.

At its yearly celebration on Wednesday, May 1, the Division of Student Life recognized members for their outstanding leadership, valuable contributions, and notable successes.

Twenty-nine members of the Class of 2025 demonstrated their legal writing skills this spring during a pursuit of membership in the Elon Law Review and the We The People journal, ¸£ÀûÑÇÖÞ¹ú²ú¾«Æ· School of Law's student-run scholarly publications.

Among the award recipients were Katy Boehmer-Abbott ’24, who was named Major of the Year, and Cedar Zobel-Williams ’24, who earned the James P. Drummond Service Award.

Five students were inducted into The Iota North Carolina Chapter of the Lambda Alpha National Anthropology Honor Society.

The 2024 Center for Writing Excellence Multimodal Writing Contest winners honored at a recent awards ceremony.
