The proposal, Mining Co-Curricular Data to Improve Retention, was selected for inclusion in the National Student Clearinghouse Research Track at AACRAO’s 27th Annual Strategic Enrollment Management conference in Phoenix. 

Jeffrey Carpenter, associate professor of education and director of the Teaching Fellows program, co-authored two articles that appeared in November issues of the journals Educational Leadership and Phi Delta Kappan.

The chapter is part of the book "The African Metropolis: Struggles over Urban Space, Citizenship, and Rights to the City."
