Tuesday, September 1: 11-3

Sessions will run every 20 minutes and will review cardio to free weights and everything in between, with our knowledgeable Fitness staff ready to answer any questions you may have.  No sign-ups necessary, just go to the Fitness desk to start the journey towards a healthy college career!
