Campus Recreation is a student-led program that provides a forum for the practical application of classroom theories while fostering professional competencies. In the past three years, nine Campus Recreation employees have been awarded graduate assistantships in some of the nation’s leading university recreation programs.

The white trail is a one mile trail around the north portion of campus. The black trail is a two mile trail that winds around the intramural field, through a section of Danieley Center, and around the south portion of campus. The gold trail is a 3.4 mile course that covers the perimeter of the campus.

All courses are marked with the Phoenix logo painted on the pavement. Simply follow the direction in which the Phoenix is pointing to follow the trail.
