This year’s chapter is one of eight recipients nationwide to have been awarded a Community Interaction Grant ($400) to be used to bring science to the classroom at Andrews Elementary School (the grant is entitled “Science Opens Doors”).

Elon’s chapter also received Honorable Mention for Affiliate Chapter Awards for activities done last year.
