Dues are $5, so bring that to assure that you get a T-shirt and admission to special events throughout the year.

We’ll be talking about what types of careers you can consider with an exercise science degree as well as giving you some information about the club in general.

There will be a raffle for some T-shirts, so make sure you’re there!

On Wednesday, April 1, 2009, Stacy Kolbash, a registered dietician from Brenner FIT, will be speaking to Elon students about staying healthy in college and making healthy choices! This is a great way to learn about the basics of nutrition, health rumors, and easy ways to make sure you’re getting everything you need in your diet. She will be open to questions at the end of her presentation!

The presentation will be held in the Academic Village Belk Pavilion Room 208 from 6-7 p.m.

The first 30 people to register during College Coffee on March 31st will be able to participate for a chance to win their own pedometer (top 3 highest step counts) and a Target gift card (highest step count).

Sign ups will be outside of the fitness center entrance in Koury Athletic Building. Faculty, staff and students are encouraged to participate. A valid phoenix card is needed for registration.

The race will conclude on April 2nd during college chapel time. At this time, participants will need to return their pedometers outside the fitness center entrance in Koury Athletic Building.

• Learn about new and fun exercise options, such as rock climbing walls in Greensboro.
• Grab a nutritious snack that will be given out at a Moseley Table along with recipes for healthy foods.
• Learn about health facts and simple health tips to keep your heart alive and well.
• Participate in the Pedometer Race starting March 31st at College Coffee.
