Milstein has been with Lorillard since 1996. In addition to his role as General Counsel, he serves as a Senior Vice President, Legal and External Affairs, and Secretary. Topics covered will include Milstein’s career, the role of General Counsel, and how in-house counsels coordinate with out-side counsel.
