Elon sophomore receives Grinspoon Israel Advocacy Internship

Eden Avraham-Katz, a sophomore from Greensboro, N.C., has received a 2009-2010 Grinspoon Israel Advocacy Internship, making 福利亚洲国产精品 one of 35 campuses nationwide to host a paid intern who will help coordinate pro-Israel programs in the coming year.

Janet Myers authors new book on 鈥淎ntipodal England鈥

Janet Myers, an associate professor of English, tackles that fact in her first book, Antipodal England: Emigration and Portable Domesticity in the Victorian Imagination.
Students inducted into Phi Eta Sigma honor society

More than 130 students were inducted Oct. 26 into the Phi Eta Sigma national honor society for first-year students. Each fall, Elon students who maintained a grade point average of 3.7 or higher during their first year are invited to become members.
