Manager needed for women’s basketball for winter term through February

The Women’s Basketball team is looking for someone two help out as a manager from the end of Christmas Break through the end of the season, which should finish in early March. The ideal candidate would be a freshman or sophomore, have a morning Winter Class, have some free mornings in Spring Semester and free many nights and weekends for home and away games, and for laundry. You must be eligible for Federal Work Study.

Manager needed for Women’s Basketball

I am looking for another person, male or female, to share manager duties for the women’s basketball team. The position involves attending practices (mostly Tuesday and Thursday mornings and Sunday afternoon) practices and games, performing a variety of duties while at these practices and games, washing the team’s uniforms and traveling with the team.

Only students with Federal Work Study will be considered. We would like for the manager to be either a freshman or a sophomore. This job will start immediately and continue through early March. If you are interested in this job, please e-mail Beth at ecosty@elon.edu

Fundraiser for Allied Churches is great success

Elon’s Catholic Campus Ministry would like to extend a thank you to all students who donated money during the Dorm Storm for Allied Churches of Burlington on January 19th. The donations collected that evening totaled over $440, which was used to buy paper products and plastic utensils for Allied Churches of Burlington’s Good Shepherd Community Kitchen and night shelter. On February 16th, members of CCM delivered the donation to Allied Churches. The staff of the Good Shepherd Community Kitchen, who were on hand to receive our gift, thanked CCM and all students who gave during the Dorm Storm for the generous donation.

Co-Manager needed for Women’s Basketball Team

Assistant Basketball Manager needed

If you need experience working with a sports team for a class or if you just love basketball, this is the volunteer opportunity for you. The job is to assist the manager of the Women’s Basketball Team with her daily tasks, but the assistant will have a much smaller commitment.
