<strong>Mental Health Screening Day with Free Ice Cream</strong>
October marks Mental Health Awareness week and National Depression Screening Day. 

These efforts aim to raise awareness about mental health, fight stigma and provide support to promote mental health and well-being. 

n honor of Mental Health Awareness, Counseling Services will provide free depression and anxiety screenings to students. Students are invited to stop by from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Oct. 24 to complete a brief survey, connect with a counselor, and learn about ways to improve mental health. 

Smitty’s will be serving FREE ice cream.  Screenings will take place in KLC, Room 125.  No appointment necessary.
