Many students choose to register to vote in their home state and request an absentee ballot.聽Others may choose to update their address and register to vote using a local campus address.
Either way a student decided to cast their vote, the university has made it easy for them through the聽Elon Votes! website聽and a partnership with TurboVote, a one-stop location for registering to vote and requesting an absentee ballot, no matter where in the country they are from.
The initiative is co-sponsored by Elon Votes!, Elon Political Engagement Work Group, Council on Civic Engagement and Kernodle Center for Civic Life.
