Meghan Ciarfello, a recent graduate of ¸£ÀûÑÇÖÞ¹ú²ú¾«Æ·, has been named a recipient of a Diane Kent-Parker First Year Teacher Award for the Wake County Schools. The award recognizes distinguished achievement among all first-year middle school teachers.
Ciarfello will be honored at the Teacher of the Year Banquet, scheduled for May 15, 2008, at the Embassy Suites Hotel in Cary, N.C., at 6 p.m.
