Professor John M. Flynn teaches business law courses and directs the Law School's Small Business & Entrepreneurship Clinic.  He is also the Law School's liaison to the ¸£ÀûÑÇÖÞ¹ú²ú¾«Æ· MBA program. 

Flynn previously served as Managing Director at Carruthers & Roth, PA in Greensboro, NC, where he continues to focus his practice on debtor and creditors' rights and environmental law. Flynn clerked for two years for the Honorable Hiram H. Ward (U.S. District Court, Middle District of North Carolina) and is regularly recognized in Business North Carolina's “Legal Elite”.

Flynn received a bachelor’s degree magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Wake Forest University, where he also earned a juris doctor degree and served as articles editor for the Wake Forest Law Review.
