Lesley-Ann Noel is Dean of Design at OCAD University in Toronto, Canada. She has a BA in Industrial Design from the Universidade Federal do Paran谩, in Curitiba, Brazil. She has a Master鈥檚 in Business Administration from the University of the West Indies in Trinidad and Tobago. She earned her Ph.D. in Design from North Carolina State University in 2018.
